Registration for 2012

         REGISTRATION FOR 2012 IS NOW OPEN ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS

Registration has now just opened for 2012. The scheduled dates of the 2012 trip are November 19th – November 23rd. Registration is limited and places are allotted on a first come first served basis only. Please note: Previous events sold out and potential competitors had to be turned away.

The price for 2012 is EUR €9,900 and includes return flights from Punta Arenas to Antarctica; accommodation and meals in Antarctica; entry to the marathon and / or ultramarathon; t-shirts, medals, and photos of each competitor in action.

Registration Procedure for 2012

You must (1) Complete the Application Form and agree to the Terms & Conditions (the application form will link to a terms & conditions form) and (2) Pay the full entry fee of EUR €9,900 or deposit of €3,300. Please print each of the forms when completed and retain for your records.

 
 


Payment Options

The preferred method is by bank wire transfer: contact Richard Donovan at rd@icemarathon.com for the relevant bank details. You may also pay via bank draft, making the amount payable to "Polar Running Adventures" and mailing it to Richard Donovan at the postal address below

Payment Deadlines

If not paying the full amount upon registration:
€3,300 deposit required.
A further €3,300 payment is required before March 31st 2012 with the final €3,300 due by July 31st 2012.

Additional Forms

Once the full entry fee or deposit has been received, your place will be confirmed in the field conditional on you later completing & returning the standard Antarctic expedition forms provided by the logistics company.
