Registration for 2014

7 March 2013: The 2013 race field is currently full and registration has now just opened for 2014. The provisional dates of the 2014 trip are November 19th – November 23rd. Registration is limited and places are allotted on a first come first served basis only. Please note: Previous events sold out and potential competitors had to be turned away. This event will sell out.

The price for 2014 is EUR €10,500 and includes return flights from Punta Arenas to Antarctica; accommodation and meals in Antarctica; entry to the half-marathon, marathon or ultramarathon; t-shirts, medals, and photos of each competitor in action.

Registration Procedure for 2014

You must (1) Complete the Application Form and agree to the Terms & Conditions (the application form will link to a terms & conditions form) and (2) Pay the full entry fee or a deposit of €3,500*. Please print each of the forms when completed and retain for your records.

 
 


Payment Options

The preferred method is by bank wire transfer: contact Richard Donovan at rd@icemarathon.com for the relevant bank details. You may also pay via bank draft, making the amount payable to "Polar Running Adventures" and mailing it to Richard Donovan at the postal address below

Payment Deadlines

*There is a discount of EUR €300 if paying the full amount upon registration, bringing the entry fee to €10,200.

If not paying the full amount, a €3,500 deposit is intially required to secure your place in the race field. A further €3,500 payment is required before December 31st 2013 and the final €3,500 is due by June 30th 2014.

Additional Forms

Once the full entry fee or deposit has been received, your place will be confirmed in the field conditional on you later completing & returning the standard Antarctic expedition forms provided by the logistics company.
